How Do I Earn
With GulfEstate, you can earn income and returns as you normally would in a real estate investment, but without the all hassle , high entry costs and geographical barriers.
For each property in our platform, there is a carefully designed investment plan and our return projections for the expected value appreciation of the property, (which will be realized at the time of sale), and the expected rental returns, which are distributed between investors periodically.
In summary, with GulfEstate you can expect to receive regular payouts from the rental income and capital appreciation when the property is sold if the price has increased.

Investment Location
Our analysts and real estate experts employ a variety of comprehensive research processes to scout global real estate markets, selecting locations where the local market presents a positive outlook for the mid to long term future signaling potential growth.
After a location has been screened, it is vetted by considering all determining factors that impact the real estate market and our ability to invest in that region. If the location is suitable, this process extends to its sub regions, all the way to neighberhoods.
Before opening a new investment location, in addition to our in-house analysis we consult local and global real estate market experts and carry out technology powered projections and data analysis. For all the locations available in our platform you can be sure we have extensive knowledge and understanding of all local factors and regulations that influence its real estate market.
Property Selection
Selecting a particular property for investment follows a similar process as opening new locations. Requiring through screening, multi-factor vetting, independent third party valuations and opinions as well as legal and physical inspections.
For each property we consider, a comprehensive analysis is redacted, which examines broad factors such as location and general future outlooks as well as specific details of the property developer, seller, condition and market value.
If the previous process yields promising results we pass the property to independent third party valuators and partners, if their analysis is also positive we conduct physical inspections of the properties to determine potential issues and collect important data.
If the property has passed all these steps, we conduct a financial analysis of the acquisition process, as well as forecasts and projections for the expected costs and returns, then an investment thesis is redacted.
